You have enough English to have a basic conversation when you start at this level. Now you can gradually become more fluent and express yourself more accurately.

Life: what makes you happy?

• talk about what makes you happy / relationships / past events / important people in your life
• ask and answer personal questions / start & end a conversation

• listen to a personal conversation, watch an extract from a BBC drama

Work: what do you do?

• talk about work / studies; talk about work routines, dangerous jobs
• discuss likes / dislikes

At this level, you are able to communicate in fairly fluent and increasingly efficient English. The main focus in our weekly lessons is on speaking, but you will improve your listening, reading and writing skills as well.
Topics in this module include the world of work, technology and e-books, climate and natural disasters, recycling, healthy food and diets, First Aid, rituals, and much more.
You will also give warnings and advice, make deductions, understand instructions, express your wishes, hopes and ambitions, use direct and indirect speech, give and refuse permission, and describe important moments.
Expect to be active, and to have lots of fun while learning!

A weekly dose of communicative speaking and listening activities will not only improve your spoken English, but it will also make you feel more confident.
A variety of materials, activities and teaching techniques will be used to make sure you activate and unlock your English speaking and listening skills while you enjoy the learning experience.
